MFA Degree Show of Uniarts Helsinki's Academy of Fine Arts

Kuvan Kevät is the annual MFA Degree Show of the Academy of Fine Arts, University of the Arts Helsinki.

Kuvan Kevät presents new works by emerging artists from the Academy’s all four study areas (Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Time and Space Arts). Year 2022 Kuvan Kevät showcases works by 40 art students that are finishing their MFA degree.

Kuvan Kevät is organised in May, when it will take over the Academy of Fine Arts’ Kuva/Tila gallery as well as many other locations of the Academy’s new Mylly-building on the Sörnäinen campus.

Exceptions to the opening hours

The exhibition is closed on Ascension Day, the 26th of May.

Guided tour in English

On Saturday June 4, at 1pm. Free admission.
